Our External Vial Washing Machine ensures a spotless cleaning process by using premium washing media, such as WFI and compressed air. Each vial is expertly picked up by the machine's rotating system, which holds onto its neck securely while transporting it through several washing stations. Every vial is fully covered and effectively cleaned thanks to this revolving mechanism. 

The intermediate turret smoothly moves the vials to a revolving conveyor after the washing cycle is finished. The vials are then carefully moved through the drying stations by the rotating system. Before the cleaned vials move on to the following phase of your production process, this integrated drying section makes sure they are completely dry.
